Let’s Write The Playbook On Risk Management In Digital

How might we dispel the myths that risk management is somehow incompatible with our agile, digital projects?

That’s the question we discussed and co-created solutions to at this month’s Live Mentorship.

Here’s how it worked:

We pre-selected three challenges from the community around risk management.
As a group, we co-created step-by-step solutions to these challenges based on our experiences.
These solutions will be published as plays in The DPM Playbook, and all attendees will be listed as the authors.

Last thing: don’t expect to be a fly on the wall in these playbook sessions. You’ll be collaborating in a breakout group to ideate on a playbook entry for one of the topics and then present it back to the group for discussion.
