Kendall Lott

Kendall Lott is the CEO and President of M Powered Strategies, a change management focused consulting firm. He has more than 20 years of experience in project management and PM adjacent spaces such as business analysis, program analysis, and client delivery. He has also served as the CEO and Chair of the Washington, DC chapter of the Project Management Institute. Combining a love of organizations and how they work with frameworks (like project management) and individual coaching (Clifton Strengths and DiSC), Kendall likes to figure out how things get done and how people can engage in fulfilling ways of doing it.
