A software demo is a critical part of the process of choosing software. To that end, I’ve rounded up some demo videos for the most popular digital asset management software tools on the market.
As you’re perusing these, keep an eye out for key features you’re looking for, how user-friendly and clean the interface is, and whether the tool offers integrations with your existing tech stack.
1. Bynder
This digital asset management demo showcases Bynder. The video gives viewers a full tour of Bynder’s interface and features, including sharing assets with external collaborators, setting up custom taxonomies and metadata, and setting things like access controls and expiration dates for specific assets.
The demo also gets into the details of Bynder’s comprehensive search capabilities—users can find assets by keyword search or through specific filters such as terms of use, size, file type (e.g. image files, audio files, video files, etc.), and even color.
One other cool feature that's demonstrated is the ability to share files without saving them in the DAM software. This is useful if you need a quick way to transfer files to other team members or external collaborators.
