I’d venture to say that all teams working to a form of agile project management use some kind of agile project management tool, whether it’s a development tool with PM features like Jira, a specialized Scrum tool, or Kanban software.
In other cases, you’ll use a purebred project management software that simply syncs with other software you’re using and adapts to the way your organization does “agile”.
There are dozens of great tools to choose from, so how do you pick?
In this videocast, we talk about our personal favorites and why we like them. We also talk about what we consider when choosing the right agile software for our teams and projects.
This videocast is brought to you by Intervals. Regain control of your time, tasks, and projects.
What Are Your Favorite Agile Project Management Tools?
As we mentioned in the video, some people have a love/hate relationship with Jira—do you use it, and what do you think? Do you recommend a different tool that we didn’t mention?
