My Experience

Passionate about technology I majored in Computer Science Engineering and spent almost a decade working in my field. My experience with project management started during my time at Hewlett-Packard. As a Global Engineering Delivery Lead, I coordinated engineering teams to deliver multi-million dollar projects. These included:

  • Ticketing systems for airlines (Aeromexico)
  • Handheld device solutions for global organizations (Coca-Cola FEMSA)
  • Infrastructure migration projects after acquisitions (Canada Bread)

I transitioned into agency project management by co-founding a digital marketing agency in Mexico City in 2013. After more than a decade, I’ve managed numerous client projects, gaining deep insights into a high-volume digital agency’s operations.

Throughout my career, I’ve experienced a merger, divestiture, acquisition, and spin-off. I’ve witnessed what change does to people, and seen countless project teams adapt to new ways of work and new tools.

The Technology I Use

On a day-to-day basis, I use Slack for communication, Notion and Slite for personal and company docs, Trello and Asana for task management, and Airtable as a CMS. All from my powerful MacBook Pro which took me time to get used to but is now part of the Apple ecosystem that I’ve willingly enslaved to.
