At the beginning of a project when it seems like everything’s up in the air, it’s tricky to define what you will (and won’t) deliver and how you’ll get it done.

This mini course will give you an approach to create clarity and alignment on your projects so that you can build a rock-solid statement of work and deliver your projects with greater control and fewer awkward conversations.

Ben will walk you through the steps of defining scope, and address the common challenges with creating and managing a statement of work. You’ll walk through a sample SOW and leave with both a template and sample to adapt for your own projects.
