This workshop will give you an approach to successfully manage risk with your team and stakeholders with effective, proactive risk management.

Ben will walk you through the steps of identifying, scoring, and mitigating against risk, provide a walkthrough (and sample) of a Risk Assumptions and Dependencies log (RAID) and address the common challenges faced with risk management.
