Thought I’d share this little video on how I approach internal project kickoff meetings, using the Internal Kickoff Meeting Agenda from our Templates library as a framework.
As with other videos in this series, I tried to talk about some of the mindsets and strategies that I put into practice so that my projects start with the right level of momentum and buy-in — and also so that I’m using every early opportunity to start building team cohesion.
