Hey folks,
Wanted to share some of my thoughts on how I approach a detailed, bottom-up, hours-based estimate using the Estimate Template in our Templates library.
Like the other videos in this series, I talk a bit about my mindset when it comes to estimating and then I walk through how I’d use and modify the template.
In future videos I’ll dig into other estimation methods that I enjoy : )
