Denise Jarvie is the Managing Director of Agile Alliance and Director of Agile Community at the Project Management Institute (PMI), where she helps advance enterprise agility and strengthen collaboration across the global Agile community. An experienced transformation leader, she has led large-scale digital and Agile initiatives across complex, highly regulated environments, including defense, aerospace, rail, supply chain, and government. Before joining PMI and Agile Alliance, Denise served as Senior Director of Global Digital and Agile Transformation at WESCO International. A U.S. Army veteran and certified PMP and PMI-ACP, she brings a people-centered approach to organizational transformation, leadership, and the evolving role of AI in how teams work and deliver value.
