Let’s Write The Playbook On Team Scheduling Challenges

One of the most frustrating parts of delivering a digital project is when you don’t have the right team members available when you need them.

Sometimes it’s because they were re-allocated to another project. Sometimes it’s because you’re reacting in real-time to an 11th hour request. Sometimes it’s because you forgot to factor in your lead tester’s 4-week vacation.

If you’ve been in situations like these — or are interested in how to solve them when you encounter them — you need to watch this session!

We sat down with Julia Rajic (VP, Delivery and Opearations at No Fixed Address Inc.) to co-create solutions for 3 specific team scheduling challenges.

Here are the challenges we built solutions for:

  • When your team member tells you at the last minute that they’re too busy to finish by tomorrow’s deadline.
  • When your project plan shifts and conflicts with a team members’ planned holiday.
  • When you are in a pinch, but no one is available to help.

Shout outs to all the co-authors who joined! Look out for the full play in V2 of The DPM Playbook coming in Q1 2022.
